ABOUT ME

I’ve always believed that wardrobe is more than clothing, it’s one of the most powerful ways to tell a story. For more than 20 years, I’ve collaborated with directors, photographers, producers, and creative teams across commercial, film, television, editorial, and branded productions to transform concepts into compelling visual stories.

My career began in boutique retail management and buying, where I developed a discerning eye for fit, color, proportion, and the subtle details that transform clothing into a cohesive visual story. Since then, I’ve built a reputation for creating wardrobe that feels intentional, authentic, and visually impactful—combining timeless style with contemporary fashion to create looks that support the story while giving each subject a distinct point of view.

Born in Baghdad, Iraq, my appreciation for fashion and self-expression was shaped by a culture rich in craftsmanship, beauty, and individuality. Those influences continue to inspire my work, bringing depth, texture, and authenticity to every project I take on.

Based in the Detroit area, I also own Youngbloods, an award-winning menswear and barber shop in Hazel Park, Michigan, recognized as Best Men’s Clothing Store by Hour Detroit. Whether I’m styling for camera, dressing talent, or curating the retail floor, I approach every project with the same philosophy: wardrobe should do more than complete a look—it should strengthen the story, elevate the vision, and leave a lasting impression.
